Description

Salchichón Extra Campaña Juan Manuel is a product made with noble pieces of the acorn-fed Iberian pig. Transformed through a traditional process that includes the following phases: minced meat and marinated with salt, paprika and spices; Once the process is finished, the mixture is stuffed into natural casing.
The presentation of the final product can be in half pieces or whole, unitarily vacuum packed or without it.The weight of each piece ranges between 1.3 and 1.6 Kg.
